Two Murray Hill dining favorites are teaming up for a one-of-a-kind culinary celebration. To mark 10 years of Zuma New York City, the contemporary Japanese restaurant has partnered with Utopia Bagels, one of the city’s most beloved bagel institutions, to create a limited-edition specialty: “The Zuma” bagel.

This collaboration highlights the vibrant food culture of our neighborhood, blending Zuma’s modern Japanese flavors with Utopia’s iconic New York bagels.

The Limited-Edition Bagel: “The Zuma”

“The Zuma” is a furikake bagel, freshly baked with a Japanese spice blend, and served open-faced with two distinct styles:

• Side One: Yuzu kosho cream cheese, nova, mizuna, black sesame seeds, and lemon zest — delivering a citrusy, smoky, and peppery freshness.
• Side Two: Yuzu kosho cream cheese, tobiko, scallion, and red shiso cress — offering a briny pop with subtle heat.
