Rossini’s is owned and operated by Romano Bernaz, his two sons, Raymond and Gerry, and his nephew, Josip Cernjul. Mr. Bernaz opened his first restaurant in 1953, after serving his apprenticeship in many fine Italian restaurants of that time. Rossini's opened its doors in 1978.

Rossini’s success and longevity are due to the family’s constant presence and their philosophy of serving true Italian Cuisine in an evolving and interesting fashion.

Monday - Friday: 11:30am - 10:30pm

Saturday: 4:30 - 10:30pm

Sunday: 3 - 9pm
