Explore 2 Park Avenue: A New Era for Conferences & Events

Murray Hill residents may have noticed new activity at 2 Park Avenue, a 1928 Art Deco building located at 33rd Street and Park Avenue. The landmark property, recently acquired by Haddad Brands, was introduced with a launch gathering organized in collaboration with BizBash. The event included speakers from ESPN and Forbes, as well as entertainment and food offerings.

The building, long recognized for its architectural character, now features spaces designed for gatherings, including a ground-floor event center and a 27th-floor lounge with a terrace overlooking Midtown. The introduction of these facilities adds another option for conferences, panels, and community celebrations in Murray Hill, while continuing the neighborhood’s tradition of combining historic architecture with contemporary use.
