Highlights from Murray Hill’s Annual 2025 Holiday Party & Tree Lighting Celebration ✨

On December 4, 2025, the Murray Hill Neighborhood Association brought hundreds of neighbors, families, and children together for its sold-out Holiday Party & Tree Lighting on 38th Street & Park Avenue, commemorating the 143rd anniversary of the world’s first electric Christmas tree lights and innovations in public outdoor Hannukah menorahs. The evening began outdoors with festive caroling by the Big Apple Chorus and a live performance by Domini Monroe, and the official tree lighting with the Patrons of Park Avenue, followed by a warm indoor celebration at the Church of Our Saviour featuring delicious food and drinks from Station Cafe and Villa Berulia. Santa made a special appearance courtesy of Eric Kuzmuk, memories were beautifully captured by Blaine Pennington, and community safety was supported by Officers Casey and Castrillon of the NYPD 17th Precinct’s Quality of Life team. The event was made possible by the dedicated trustees of the Murray Hill Neighborhood Association, volunteers from the Church of Our Saviour, and our members and donors, who together created a joyful, glowing celebration that made Murray Hill sparkle. 🎄✨
