Invitation to a Virtual Tour of the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum at the Polish Consulate on Tuesday, October 29th, at 7pm

We are pleased to invite you to a unique virtual tour of the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum, the former German Nazi Concentration and Extermination Camp, hosted in cooperation with the Spirit of Triumph Foundation. This special event will take place on Tuesday, October 29th, at 7 p.m. at the Polish consulate, located at 233 Madison Ave., New York, NY 10016. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., and attendees are encouraged to arrive early.

This immersive experience will use cutting-edge virtual reality (VR) technology to provide participants with a profound and educational journey through the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial. The tour will last approximately 45 minutes and will be guided live by an educator using VR goggles. The narration will be complemented by multimedia materials, archival photographs, artwork, documents, and the testimonies of Holocaust survivors. The tour will be conducted in English.

This event is recommended for individuals aged 15 and older due to the sensitive and historical content. The invitation is open to members of the Murray Hill Neighborhood Association, and we encourage you to share this information with anyone who may be interested in participating.

Please register by October 28th to secure your spot, as space is limited.

This event offers a meaningful opportunity to engage with history in a new, immersive way. We look forward to seeing you there.
