Jon Harari
Jon Harari (Trustee since 2014) is the co-founder and CEO of WindowsWear, a leading platform that showcases the best in visual merchandising, store design, and retail globally. Under his leadership, WindowsWear has grown to serve a global community of creative professionals and brands, providing trend forecasting, networking opportunities, and industry insights. Before founding WindowsWear, he gained experience in finance and entrepreneurship, which helped shape his vision for revolutionizing retail landscapes. Jon previoulsy served as Vice President of the Murray Hill Neighborhood Association and Co-Chairman of Patrons of Park Avenue, managing the sculptures on Park Avenue, leading the annual Park Avenue Day street festival, and holiday tree lighting and party for the neighborhood. Jon is originally from North Potomac, MD, and earned a B.S. in Business with a Concentration in Finance & Minor in Sociology from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business Honors Program, magna cum laude.
Barbara Sagan
Barbara Sagan has been a trustee of the Murray Hill Neighborhood Association for close to 20 years serving as Treasurer for most of that time. She is also a long time member of the Preservation and Design Committee working to preserve the history and architecture of the neighborhood. Her professional background includes more than 20 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate with expertise in finance, renovation, management, negotiation and marketing. Her most recent position was as an Associate Real Estate Broker at the Corcoran Group where she was recognized with numerous awards including consistent membership in Corcoran’s Multi-Million-Dollar Club and currently serves as a Referral Director. In addition to being a trustee of the MHNA, she is a member of the board of Marble Collegiate Church and volunteers in the Aphasia Program at NYU Langone Medical Center.
Heather Dolland-Tamam
Heather Dolland Tamam is the Founder of Doltam Creative Solutions. She is an author, lifestyle content creator and online educator. Heather possesses, a diverse portfolio of experience, across multiple industries. She has written three books and started three businesses, utilizing her range of credentials and expertise. She is the Vice President of Communications at the Murray Hill Neighborhood Association, and oversees the website, newsletter, social media and the nominating committee. She is also a Trustee of The Church of Our Saviour. Heather has lived in Murray Hill since 2010. She is originally from Grenada and earned a Bachelor of Architecture and Masters in Environmental Technology from New York Institute of Technology.
Jessica Lavoie
Jessica Lavoie serves as Vice President of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Quality of Life Committee for the Murray Hill Neighborhood Association. She brings a deep passion for community to everything she does, from addressing local issues to finding thoughtful ways to bring neighbors together. She also created the beloved Kids Corner at Park Avenue Day, a lively space that features local family friendly businesses and gives Murray Hill’s youngest residents a fun and exciting way to connect with their neighborhood. With a collaborative spirit and a positive outlook, Jessica is committed to helping Murray Hill continue to grow as a connected, caring, and vibrant community.
Lilli Seidman Davis
Lilli Seidman Davis (Trustee since 2015), a native of Brooklyn, pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan and obtained a Master’s from Fordham University. Her interest in the public equity markets positioned her as one of the pioneering women to engage in trading activities on the American Stock Exchange. An expert in derivative theoretics, Lilli specialized as an institutional risk manager and investment strategist and ultimately achieved a position as one of the first female partners at her firm. Lilli holds extensive executive experience and achievements in the not-for-profit realm, with a particular emphasis on advancing educational opportunities for inner-city children, empowering women through financial literacy, and collaborating with community funding platforms to enhance the live/work/visit experience in Murray Hill. Her dedication lies in harmonizing financial gain with purpose. Residing with her husband in Murray Hill for over three decades, Lilli actively contributes to her community as Vice President on the Executive Committee of MHNA, Chair of the Grants & Fundraising committee, and Chair of the Silent Auction during the annual Murray Hill Festival Day.
Susan Demmet
Susan Demmet serves as Vice President in charge of the Preservation & Design Committee with Co-Chair Elaine Silber. Leading a group of 22 volunteers. Started as P&D Chair in 2011. She has lived in Murray Hill since 1992. Susan is a painter and is a member of Gallery35.

Becky Flig
Becky Flig has over 25 years of experience in the default mortgage industry, specializing in loan servicing, note trading, and capital markets. She is VP of Business Development at Universal Component Lender Services (UCLS), overseeing sales, marketing, client relations, and new business.Her previous roles include senior positions at Mission Capital Advisors, AHP Servicing, and SWBC Lending Solutions, where she built trading desks, valuation platforms, and managed institutional relationships. She also held lending and business development roles at Wachovia Bank and DB Zwirn Global Advisors. An active community leader, Becky serves as Treasurer of the Murray Hill Neighborhood Association and VP of the Turtle Bay Association. She is also writing a cookbook. She holds a Master’s in Real Estate Finance from NYU and a BBA in Finance from George Washington University.
Elaine Silber
Elaine Silber has lived in Murray Hill for more than 20 years on a block with two designated New York City landmarks, very fitting for her role as Co-Chair of the Preservation & Design Committee. She has been a trustee of the Murray Hill Neighborhood Association since 2012 after being a member and a volunteer for many years. Her professional career was in book publishing.
Ellen Haber
Ellen Haber was born and raised in Manhattan and has been a proud resident of Murray Hill for over 40 years. She raised her daughter in this community and has been an active participant in neighborhood life, supporting local initiatives and witnessing the many changes that have shaped the area over the decades. She currently serves on both the Murray Hill Neighborhood Association’s Membership Committee and the Design and Preservation Committee, where she contributes to strengthening community ties and preserving Murray Hill’s history and character. Professionally, Ellen built a distinguished career of more than 30 years in executive search within the commercial real estate industry. In her role as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, she partnered with owners, developers, banks, and private equity funds in New York and across the United States, helping to shape executive teams and guide organizations through periods of growth and transformation.
Jean Prabhu
Jean Prabhu was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Jean and her husband Sudhakar share two adult children and 5 grandchildren. She is an RN, an attorney, member of the board of the Iron Hills Civic Association, and has served on the board of the Seamen’s Society for Children and Families for 10 years where she served as its board chair. Jean’s interests include historic preservation. She has testified before the Landmark’s Preservation Commission in support of the protection of landmark properties in both Manhattan and Staten Island.

. Lance is originally from Long Island and a long term resident of Murray Hill. He attended college at Lehigh University for computer engineering, and then moved to Manhattan. Although he was a high school track star (2:02 half mile) he joined the diving team in college and scored points in the Patriot League championships. He is a dog lover and owned 4 dogs since childhood including a supersized Shiba Inu. Lance appeared on Discovery channel TV show “Cash Cab” (episode 123) for his 8 minute claim to fame, and on MTV Beach House as a dancer.
Nikhil Srikumar
Nikhil is a Software Engineer at Amazon, where he builds large-scale advertising infrastructure. Since joining the Murray Hill Neighborhood Association (MHNA) in 2024, he has been dedicated to fostering connections among residents and bringing people of all backgrounds together. He focuses particularly on engaging working professionals and helping them feel more rooted in the neighborhood, while supporting a vibrant, inclusive community. A proud UCLA graduate with degrees in Computer Science and Economics, Nikhil co-founded a nonprofit consulting organization during college and remains passionate about civic engagement and youth empowerment. Originally from San Diego, he enjoys playing all sports, strength training, and performing Indian classical music on the tabla.
Ricky Montanye
Rick Montanye specializes in providing audit, tax, and advisory services to the real estate industry. He is a Partner at Marin & Montanye LLP, New York City’s oldest and largest firm specializing in providing accounting services to Cooperatives & Condominiums. As a trustee of the Murray Hill Neighborhood Association, he is dedicated to fostering building-based participation. Leveraging his extensive industry knowledge and professional networks, Rick focuses on multifamily residential housing initiatives. He works to introduce and guide building boards through organizational changes, ensuring strengthened relationships and improved communication to maintain a robust connection with the broader community. Rick earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and an MBA from Fordham University. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York State.
Victoria Spagnola
Victoria Spagnola is a native New Yorker who is passionate about her family, her city, art, and wearing beautiful garments in fabulous places. Victoria has been a valued member of the Patrons of Park Avenue and Murray Hill Neighborhood Association for many years and is proud to have facilitated the first ever art sculptures to the malls of Park Avenue in Murray Hill. She is on multiple boards and is treasurer of Iron Hills Civic Association. Victoria believes when a person is tired of New York, they are tired of life. She will never tire of either.
