Strategic advisory firm Geller & Co. has signed a new lease at 99 Park Avenue, a 26-story office tower owned and managed by Global Holdings in Midtown, Manhattan. Following the launch of a $30 million capital improvement program, the firm will relocate its New York headquarters from 909 Third Avenue to occupy 45,290 square feet across part of the ninth and tenth floors…“The cachet of working on Park Avenue remains as corporate businesses continue to look for dynamic and progressive workplaces in convenient locations,” said Craig Panzirer, SVP and director of leasing, Global Holdings.
