NEW TIME for Second Hearing on Freedom Plaza

There is a new time for the second Community Advisory Committee public hearing on Freedom Plaza. 

Here are the details:

New York, NY 10016 

More information on the hearing, as well as on how to speak at the hearing, can be found on the Gaming Facility Location Board’s website.

If you can’t make it to the September 15th hearing, there are a few other ways to make your voice heard:

1. Email your comments to the CAC at FreedomPlazaPublicComment@nystec.com

2. Write to the CAC by USPS mail at:

3. Submit written comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement.

Note that while it is important to submit comments on the DEIS, it is the CAC that has the power to decide whether a casino application moves forward.
