Pfizer on E 42nd St converting to 1,600 apartments – Largest of it’s kind in NYC!

The former Pfizer headquarters in Midtown Manhattan is being converted into a 1,602-unit multifamily building. This office-to-residential conversion, at 219 and 235 E. 42nd Street, is expected to be the largest of its kind in New York City upon completion. The project, led by Metro Loft Developers and David Werner Real Estate Investments, includes 25% affordable housing units and extensive amenities.
