On April 22nd, State Senator Liz Krueger is hosting an in-person Town Hall,”We The People: Taking Action to Save Democracy,” at the CUNY Graduate Center.

From 5:30pm – 6:30pm, advocacy organizations will be available to talk one-on-one about taking action. This will be followed by a discussion from 6:30pm – 8:30pm with panelists who are leading the fight against federal budget cuts, destructive policy changes, and attacks on the rule of law.

If you are one of the many people feeling angry, scared, or overwhelmed by the chaos of the current Administration, you are not alone. Join me for this empowering event, as we stand together for our shared American values of freedom, democracy, and respect for the rights of all people. The best antidote to despair is action!
