Sukkot of Light at The Field of Lights in NYC’s Largest Sukkah!

On Monday, October 21, Sukkot was celebrated at The Field of Lights at Freedom Plaza, located at 686 1st Avenue between 38th and 41st Streets. The event, dubbed the “Sukkot of Light,” brought together 3,100 to celebrate from across the city in the largest sukkah in NYC, spanning 5,000 square feet.

The evening was a mix of culture, community, and festivity, featuring an open bar and a sushi station, offering attendees the opportunity to enjoy food and drinks while celebrating the holiday. Young professionals from Chabad chapters across New York City, including Chelsea, the Upper West Side, the Upper East Side, and Midtown Manhattan, came together to celebrate.

The event was sponsored by The Soloviev Foundation, a supporter of community initiatives and a business member of the Murray Hill Neighborhood Association.
