The Morgan’s Façade Progresses at 38 East 35th Street in Murray Hill, Manhattan

Exterior work is progressing on The Morgan, an 18-story residential building at 38 East 35th Street in Murray Hill, Manhattan. Designed by INC Architecture & Design and developed by Continuum Company and Aksoy Holding, the 191-foot-tall structure will span 177,328 square feet and yield 137 condominium units. SLCE Architects is the architect of record for the property, which is located between Park and Madison Avenues.

The entire reinforced concrete superstructure was built since our last update in April 2025 when demolition was still unfolding on the low-rise structures occupying the site, including the Metropolitan Synagogue and the Community Church of New York. 

The Morgan is expected to be completed in early 2027.
