Commitment *

Trustees are expected to participate regularly in Association meetings, activities, events, and projects. Monthly meetings run September through June, and our largest efforts each year include Park Avenue Day, the holiday party, and the annual meeting. We know trustees contribute in different ways, and that no one is able to be at everything.

Completing this form does not automatically continue your term. The Executive Board will review each response alongside participation over the past year, including meeting attendance, event support, responsiveness, and follow-through on commitments.
