Welcoming Aromati Café & Wine Bar: Georgian Warmth in the Heart of Murray Hill

Aromati Café & Wine Bar is pleased to introduce itself to the Murray Hill community. Founded by Tamar Pitalskaia along with partners Ana and Aleksandre Gogoli, the team brings inspiration from the country of Georgia and looks forward to becoming part of the neighborhood. They express appreciation for the support already received from the building management and staff.

Aromati Café & Wine Bar aims to offer a blend of Georgian flavors alongside American coffee and breakfast traditions. The café will feature a warm, inviting atmosphere with classic American breakfast options as well as Georgian specialties such as Adjaruli Khachapuri (cheese boats), Khinkali dumplings, fresh salads, healthy beverages, and unique desserts including the European Chimney Cake, a treat not commonly found in New York City.

Wine is a central element of the concept. Georgia is widely recognized as the birthplace of wine, with archaeological evidence of winemaking dating back over 8,000 years. In 2013, UNESCO added traditional Georgian Qvevri (clay vessel) winemaking to the list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Aromati plans to offer a broad selection of Georgian wines, complemented by European and American choices.

The team looks forward to serving the community and appreciates the warm messages they have received through their Instagram page (@aromatinyc). http://instagram.com/aromatinyc
