What’s Next for Kips Bay? Community Board 6 to Discuss NYU Langone Plans Oct. 8

Manhattan Community Board 6 will hold a public meeting with a representative from NYU Langone to discuss plans for the property at 570 Second Avenue, home to AMC Kips Bay 15 and Fairway Market. The future of the site has been a major concern for residents since the proposed closure of the theater was announced. 

The discussion will focus on what NYU Langone plans for the property, including how the space may be used and whether changes to the existing building are being considered. Community members will also have an opportunity to ask questions and share comments.
