You’re Invited! “The Link of Love” Mini-Retreat on August 22nd

On Saturday, August 22, the Manhattan Meditation Center at 306 Fifth Avenue (2nd Floor, between 31st and 32nd Streets) hosts The Link of Love, a mini-retreat from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The program is inspired by Rakhi, the timeless tradition of friendship, care, and mutual respect. The symbolic tying of a Rakhi thread serves as a reminder of our shared humanity and our commitment to a more peaceful world.

The morning includes guided meditation, uplifting reflections, moments of silence, and a simple Rakhi ceremony in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. A vegetarian lunch is included. The event is in person only, free, and open to all — whether you are trying meditation for the first time or looking for a deeper sense of inner peace.

Everyone is welcome. No prior experience is needed.
